- How do I build my business?

- Sub agents
- As a franchisee you will appoint sub agents to help you grow your business. Sub agents operate in the same way as you but you will co-ordinate and control their activities. In effect you become their manager and reward their success with a split of your commission.
- How much can I earn?
- In Thailand the average selling price of a property is £100,000 and with commissions of up to 10% of the selling price just one sale per month will generate an income of £120,000 per annum. Earnings in excess of £100,000 per annum are achievable. This can be double the folowing year. If you also have a network of 10 or more successful sub agents then the sky's the limit!
- Company Incorporation
- This franchise business that you can operate from everywhere in order to do business worldwide is offshore based. To this effect we provide you with your own Hong Kong company and bank account. Comissions are paid on your overseas account and are not taxable in Hong Kong. Your company formation and first year registration is included in the franchise fee.
